1. Who we are

CloSwift is run by Max Lindgren Bergvall as a private individual. It is currently a hobby project, not a registered company. I decide how any personal data collected through this site is used.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data we need to run the store:

• Email address — when you sign up for the free 10 DM Scripts or buy a product.
• Purchase data — Stripe handles your payment. We receive your email, billing country, and transaction reference, but we never see your full card details.
• Technical data — such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may collect to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies right now. If that changes later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Deliver the products you bought and the free lead magnet.
• Send order confirmations, receipts, and customer-service messages.
• Keep records for accounting and tax purposes.
• Send occasional emails about new products or updates (only if you have agreed to this).
• Keep the site secure and protect against fraud or abuse.

4. Cookies

We currently do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party marketing cookies. If we add them in the future, we will show a cookie consent banner and only place non-essential cookies after you agree.

Essential cookies needed for the site to function (for example, to keep a checkout session secure) may be placed without prior consent.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the store:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Hosting/email provider — to host the site, send emails, and store customer records.

These providers are required to handle your data securely and only on our instructions.

6. Where your data is processed

We mainly process data within the EU/EEA. Some providers, like Stripe, may transfer data outside the EEA. When that happens, we rely on approved safeguards such as the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as we need it:

• Customer/purchase records — at least 7 years to comply with Swedish bookkeeping rules.
• Marketing consent records — until you withdraw your consent, plus a short period to prove we followed the rules.
• Free lead-magnet emails — until you unsubscribe or we clean up inactive lists.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to see, correct, delete, or move your data, and to object to or limit how we use it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email us at max@closwift.com.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are important, we will let you know by email where appropriate.
